The product walkthrough and plan descriptions are public. The saved workspace is restricted to its owner. Public account registration and paid subscriptions are not open yet. Operating-entity details and final commercial terms will be published before paid checkout is enabled.

Data handling

Saved accounts, brands, tracked prompts, public-page excerpts and answer-engine responses are stored in the workspace database. Page audits fetch only the public URL you submit. Do not submit passwords, private customer information or confidential source material.

When monitoring is configured, the selected collection provider receives the prompts and requested locale. Model providers receive content for requested analysis. Website text and AI output are untrusted evidence and may be inaccurate.

Service providers

The website and workspace run on Vultr infrastructure behind Cloudflare. These services process connection and request information to serve and protect the site. Resend handles transactional email, including password recovery, and receives the destination address and message content. Live AI data collection remains paused until provider accounts are configured.

Service limitations

SEOGEO Pilot provides sampled observations and editing assistance. It does not guarantee AI recommendations, rankings, traffic, leads or revenue. You remain responsible for reviewing and publishing content. Automated page checks do not replace a complete accessibility, security or search-engine audit.

Free eligibility

Free enrollment will require registration, a verified email and credit card verification through Stripe. Free costs $0, has no automatic paid conversion and creates no paid subscription. Advanced tools require a paid upgrade. Stripe handles card details; we retain provider identifiers and expiry. Public enrollment is not open yet.

Billing & refunds

Proposed plans renew monthly in USD. Customers will be able to cancel future renewals through billing settings. Final tax treatment, service commencement and refund terms will be displayed before paid checkout is enabled. No purchase is available in this public pilot.

Contact & data requests

For support, privacy questions, or requests to export or delete saved workspace data, email [email protected]. Requests are handled manually, with account ownership checked before private data is shared or changed. Do not email passwords, API keys or other secrets.

Open-source notices

This product builds on Elmo under its MIT license. Its upstream license and attribution are retained in the source distribution. SEOGEO Pilot is independent of Elmo and the listed AI platforms.
